Zero Tolerance

We would ask in return that you follow any appropriate advice, be courteous to all staff and cancel any appointments that are no longer required.

We appreciate that delays can occur whilst awaiting a consultation with a Doctor or Nurse, however we would ask for your understanding and patience as often a patient is found to require more time than normal in order to receive the care and attention necessary.

Reception will do all in their power to keep patients informed of delays at all times. This surgery operates a “ZERO TOLERANCE” policy i.e. any violent or abusive behavior towards any of the staff or persons present in the Health Centre premises will not be tolerated.
